CONSTITUTION :- Incorporated as a Partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, at Mumbai on 18th day of December 1969. At present, Mr. Dhirendra Gupta is working partner, who has the business experience of over three decades. On technical and other matters, the firm, is assisted by technical experts hailing from different faculties on retainer basis.

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE OF PARTNER :- Mr. Dhirendra Gupta is a Science graduate from Bombay University. He also graduated in law and holds L.L.B. Degree. He has wide experience in the field of Factory Administration, Marketing and working knowledge of Computers along with accounting and taxation.

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES :- At present the firm undertakes the manufacturing of insulating materials by extrusion process items like PVC non -adhesive tapes, tubes polyethylene ( Spiral ) Tube and other extruder sections as required by the trade industry. These items are of high quality confirming to the specifications of various industries. In recent years, the firm has developed the following items :- Item developed Industries

2.) Very small I.D. sleeves For Electrical Industries.
3.) PVC sections For Toy Industries.
4.) L.D. tubings For Medical Industries.
5.) PVC sections For Lighting Industries.

PLANNING FOR :-
Technical Collaboration . As our products namely PVC Non-adhesive Tapes, PVC Tubes, Marking Sleeve and Spiral Tubes are widely used in Electrical and Auto Industries for Insulation in Panel Wiring, Bus bars and wire harnessing, We are looking for more innovative products in this field, which can replace these for better performance. For this purpose we are planning for technical collaboration with foreign companies.

FUTURE PROJECTS AND DEVELOPMENTS :- Looking at the figures of turnover for last couple of years and projecting the increase in turnover clearly indicates that we may be a small concern, but are showing healthy signs of increasing our business and as such have big ambition to do big business. In the next five years, we plan to expand our business, in manufacturing as well as in trading. This will comprise of manufacturing of various section in plastics, which will be used in a number of industries such as Electrical, Electronics, Toys, Household etc.
